3. The water temperature should generally be between 50-60°C. If it is too low, the strands can break easily; if it is too high, they can stick together. When starting up, half of the water added should be hot water. If this is not possible, someone can manually feed the strands into the pelletizer for a while until the water temperature rises, to prevent the strands from breaking. Once the water temperature exceeds 60°C, cold water should be added to the circulation to maintain the temperature.
4. When pelletizing, make sure the strands are evenly pulled before entering the roller cutter; otherwise, it will damage the pelletizer. If material is violently spurting out from the vent hole, it indicates that impurities have clogged the filter screen. In this case, the machine must be stopped immediately to replace the screen. The screen can be selected with a mesh size of 40 to 60.
