PC hollow polycarbonate sheets are widely used in building decoration, daylighting and insulation, soundproof barriers, and other fields. The hollow polycarbonate sheet mold is equipped with a distributor uniformly coated with a UV layer, capable of producing hollow products with a width of up to 2100mm. It offers excellent performance in terms of weather resistance, UV resistance, impact resistance, and light transmittance. The mold features upper and lower elastic micro-adjustable lips, allowing the adjustment of wall thickness errors to ≤3%. Different structural designs cater to various product requirements, with general-purpose polycarbonate sheets ranging from 4-25mm in thickness. Multi-layer structural sheets, including H-type, X-type, and others, can reach thicknesses of over 36mm and can be coated with UV-resistant layers on both sides.
Specially designed molds produce PP and PE hollow grid plates, which are lightweight, high-strength, and moisture-resistant, making them suitable for applications such as turnover boxes, lightbox advertisements, and exhibition materials. The product thickness ranges from 2-12mm, with widths of 1200-2200mm.
