Two-phase flow pulp pump, utilizes the principles of “relative suction and relative blockage” from two-phase flow theory for hydraulic design, ensuring that the hydraulic performance of the pump's flow components conforms to the laws of solid-liquid two-phase flow. This reduces the erosion and wear of the pulp on the flow components, greatly improving the pump's operational efficiency and service life. This series of pumps has the following significant features:
1, High efficiency and energy-saving: Operating efficiency is on average3-10 percentage points higher than that of ordinary pulp pumps, achieving energy savings and consumption reduction of15-30%
2, Good cavitation performance and long service life: Actual service life can be improved by2-3 times compared to ordinary pulp pumps;
3, High concentration and no blockage: Can transport pulp with a concentration of up to6%;
