The filler masterbatch is produced by adding talc, calcium carbonate, kaolin, inorganic powders, plastic carriers, and lubricants, which are then pre-mixed or fed via multiple loss-in-weight feeders and processed through twin-screw extrusion. This masterbatch is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, ABS, PS, EVA, pipes, woven filaments, films, strapping tapes, injection molding, extrusion, and other plastic products. It offers reinforcement, increased yield, cost reduction, improved heat resistance, and is environmentally friendly with low carbon emissions.
Based on material type, it can be classified into PP calcium carbonate filler masterbatch, PE calcium carbonate filler masterbatch, talc filler masterbatch, and transparent filler masterbatch.
