The furnace body is made of American ceramic fiber material, which has excellent thermal insulation properties. The surface temperature of the furnace body reaches only about 60°C when heated to 1000°C (the national standard is around 100°C). It is also lightweight. The heating wire uses alloy material from Sweden's Contal company. The heating temperature is uniform, and the heating speed is fast, reaching 1000°C in just 12 minutes (very suitable for the chemical industry), while traditional muffle furnaces require about 80 minutes. It has good energy-saving performance, consuming about 40% of the energy of ordinary muffle furnaces, and does not produce dust or residues that could affect experimental results.
