Product Introduction:
A check valve is an automatic valve that relies on the flow of the medium itself to open and close the valve disc to prevent the reverse flow of the medium. The basic types of lined check valves are four: HG41 type flange-connected straight-through lift check valve, HG42 type lift vertical check valve, HG44 vertical check valve, and HG76 swing check valve.
Application Range:
The lift type fluorine-linedcheck valve only allows the medium to flow in one direction while preventing reverse flow. Typically, this type of fluorine-lined valve operates automatically, where the valve disc opens under the pressure of the flowing medium. When the liquid flows in the reverse direction, the liquid pressure and the weight of the valve disc act on the valve disc, thus cutting off the flow. The check valve is one such type of valve, which includes lift check valves, swing check valves, and wafer check valves, among others.
1、Swing Check Valve
Main models include: fully lined H44F46 and H74F46 single-disc swing series and H76F46 double-disc swing series. Their structural form is that the valve discs are mounted around the outer (pin) axis of the valve seat and embedded in a special groove formed between the valve body and valve cover, allowing for flexible opening and closing and reliable sealing. Additionally, the features of H72F46 and H76F46 check valves are that, apart from the valve body and valve disc, the reset spring is also fully lined with corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic. The reasonably designed spring enables the valve disc to generate sufficient sealing pressure even in low-pressure areas, ensuring the reliability of the valve's sealing in low-pressure zones.
2、Lift Vertical Check Valve
Main models include fully lined H40F46, H42F46, and H72F46 lift vertical check valves, among which H40F46 features a new structure with a hemispherical valve disc. Their common characteristic is that the fluorine-lined valve disc moves up and down along the axis of the valve body passage.
3、Lift Check Valve
Main model includes: fully lined H41F46 straight-through lift check valve, whose structural feature is that the fluorine-lined valve disc moves up and down vertically to the axis of the valve body inlet and outlet.
