1. Manufacturing Process: Made from imported polyethylene raw materials using a mature rotational molding process from abroad to achieve complete one-time molding.
2. Application Range: Widely used in secondary water supply for high-rise buildings, water storage, water treatment purification equipment, electronic industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial cooling water, chemical formulations, chemical raw materials, storage and transportation of various oils and beverages.
3. Precautions:
1. The inlet and outlet liquid ports should be welded with PE flanges; unless there are special requirements, do not use joints.
2. The tank body should be laid flat on a level ground, ensuring that the entire bottom of the tank is on the same horizontal plane.
3. The water temperature must not exceed 80°C and must not be lower than -30°C.
4. For heavy phosphoric acid, strong acids, and nitric acid, the tank body must be thickened and equipped with a reinforcement sleeve.
