Active Aluminum Oxide Product Introduction:
Active aluminum oxide is made from high-purity aluminum oxide through scientific formulation and catalytic fine processing. Its adsorption capacity allows it to be used as a desiccant and to remove harmful fluorides from water, making it suitable for deoxygenation, defluorination, arsenic removal, wastewater decolorization, deodorization, etc., in drinking water and industrial devices.
Active Aluminum Oxide Product Details:
Active aluminum oxide has many capillary pores and a large surface area, making it suitable for use as an adsorbent, desiccant, and catalyst. Its affinity is determined based on the polarity of the adsorbate, exhibiting strong affinity for water, oxides, acetic acid, alkalis, and more. It is a micro-water deep desiccant and an adsorbent for polar molecules. The defluorination function of active aluminum oxide is similar to that of an anion exchange resin, but it has a greater selectivity for fluoride ions. Active aluminum oxide has a good fluorine adsorption and defluorination effect, with a stable capacity, adsorbing 6400 grams of fluoride per cubic meter. This product has high strength, low wear, does not soften when soaked in water, does not expand, crumble, or crack. It can be widely used for deep drying of petroleum cracking gas, ethylene and propylene gas, hydrogen production, air separation devices, and drying of instrument air dryers. It is also effective in treating fluorine-containing compounds and can remove pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen fluoride, and hydrocarbons from waste gas, making it particularly suitable for defluorination of fluoride-containing water.
Steel Billet Situation:
According to the price monitoring of the business community, as of March 17, the ex-factory price of Tangshan steel billets from some local steel mills and some steel mills in Changli is 3,250 yuan/ton, an increase of 110 yuan/ton compared to the same period last week. This week, Tangshan steel billet prices rose first and then fell; in the first half of the week, driven by favorable policy news and a significant rise in futures, the price of steel billets increased significantly, with a cumulative increase of 190 yuan/ton to 3,310 yuan/ton from Sunday to Wednesday. However, on Thursday and Friday, due to sluggish transactions of high-priced resources, prices fell back. Overall, this week, strong cost support has led to a rising trend in profile prices.
