When the water source pressure is between 0.2 MPa and 0.9 MPa, after 1000 valve switch actions, the valve should remain in the closed state with leakage less than the specified value. 2. Flow Characteristics: Utilizing an E-type B-class wet core, its flow parameters meet or exceed national standards, particularly due to the use of a ball valve system, which significantly reduces pressure loss compared to other structural valves, making it highly favored by tap water companies. 4. Signal Acquisition System: It should use dual reed switches and alternating working modes to prevent measurement errors caused by vibrations and backflow, while also detecting external magnetic field interference to ensure consistency between the mechanical and electronic counting. In the presence of external magnetic field interference, both reed switches will activate simultaneously, prompting the control system to close the valve, preventing unauthorized water theft. 5. Transportation and Storage: 1. The meter base is fixed with foam to ensure the goods are not damaged by impact. 2. The water meter should be stored in its original packaging in an environment with a temperature range of -5℃ to 55℃, free from corrosive gases. 3. When stored on shelves, the stacking height of the entire box should not exceed 5 boxes. Accessories: Each water meter is supplied with a set of copper pipe joints, nuts, and rubber sealing rings. 6. Other Applications and Installation: Scope of Application: Compatible with various Baoding card-in water meters. 1. The diameter of the Baoding card-in water meter trial should be determined based on the diameter of the installation pipeline, and the installation location should avoid exposure to sunlight, flooding, freezing, and contamination, ensuring ease of disassembly and Baoding card insertion. 2. The Baoding card-in water meter trial should be installed horizontally (with the display facing upwards). 3. Prior to installation, the pipeline should be cleared of sand, stones, and other debris to avoid water meter malfunctions. 4. Utilizes non-contact radio frequency for data exchange, facilitating data transfer between neighborhoods, allowing the Qiongshan neighborhood water meter to effectively control water usage based on users' prepaid water volume - automatically opening the valve to supply water according to the input water volume, and when the remaining water volume is insufficient, the valve will automatically shut off once and prompt the user to purchase water. When the water is exhausted, the valve will automatically close and provide a backlight prompt, realizing the prepaid function of "pay before use."
