This production line primarily uses LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) as the main raw material, employing several different grades of resin. Through extrusion by extruders, it produces self-adhesive stretch wrap films with single-sided or double-sided adhesion in three to seven layers. By using a specialized formula and process for forage film, this line can also produce silage film for forage. Additionally, it can manufacture rust-proof stretch wrap films for metal packaging and anti-static stretch wrap films that meet high anti-static performance requirements for packaged goods.
Production Line Features
1. This series of production lines adopts imported fully automatic molds, equipped with thickness gauges and energy-efficient motors, offering low energy consumption, high degree of automation, and labor savings;
2. The application of multi-layer co-extrusion technology allows for greater flexibility and maturity in raw material usage, resulting in lower formulation costs according to different customer needs;
3. The raw material feeding section can be equipped with an automatic metering blending system, reducing inaccuracies caused by human factors, saving labor costs, and improving product quality;
4. According to customer requirements, an online longitudinal stretching device can be added to produce pre-stretched stretch wrap film; this device achieves both edge folding and secondary pre-stretching functions online;
5. The winding section uses advanced automatic tape-free film mounting devices. In traditional methods, adhesive tape is wrapped around the surface of the paper core during roll changeovers, which can cause stretching and deformation of the film, poor base laying, and affect the surface quality of the film roll. Using this automatic production line saves on adhesive tape costs, labor costs, time costs, and reduces film waste;
6. An automatic weighing device can be added, allowing automatic weighing of the film rolls on a platform after they come off the line, reducing worker labor intensity and improving production efficiency;
7. Unlike traditional stretch wrap film production lines, this line uses a four-axis 90-degree roll changeover method, which is fast, has no tail material, and has a short roll changeover time. This means that in high-speed production, it can produce both small 2KG hand-used rolls and large machine-used rolls. It can use both 3-inch and 2-inch paper cores without requiring secondary rewinding, significantly reducing the need for rewinding machines and labor costs. Calculated annually based on four rewinding machines, labor costs alone can save over 200,000 yuan per year.
