This production line primarily uses LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) as the main raw material, incorporating several different grades of resin. Through the extruder, it produces self-adhesive stretch wrap films with single-sided or double-sided adhesion in three to seven layers. After using a specialized formula and process for silage film, this line can also produce silage film for livestock feed. Additionally, it can produce anti-rust stretch wrap film for metal packaging and anti-static stretch wrap film for packaging materials that require high anti-static performance.
Production Line Features
1. Utilizing multi-layer co-extrusion technology allows for greater flexibility and maturity in raw material usage, resulting in lower formula costs tailored to different customer needs;
2. The winding section features an automatic film loading device without adhesive tape. Traditional methods involve wrapping adhesive tape around the paper core surface to adhere the roll of stretch film, which can cause stretching and deformation during roll changes, affecting the quality of the film roll's surface. This automatic production line saves on adhesive tape costs, labor costs, time costs, and film waste;
3. Unlike traditional stretch film production lines, this line uses a four-axis 90-degree roll change system, which is faster, produces no tail material, and has a shorter roll change time. This means that during high-speed production, it can produce both 2KG hand-wrapped small rolls and machine-wrapped large rolls. It supports the use of both 3-inch and 2-inch paper cores, reducing the need for secondary rewinding processes. This significantly lowers the investment in rewinding machines and labor costs. For example, with four rewinding machines, annual labor costs can be reduced by more than 200,000 yuan.
