APVCComposite Tile
APVC composite corrugated tiles have the advantages of long-lasting color (no color change for ten years), UV resistance (long service life), easy cleaning, lightweight, self-waterproof, toughness, thermal insulation, sound insulation, corrosion resistance, wind and earthquake resistance, hail resistance, dirt resistance, green and environmentally friendly, fireproof, insulation, and convenient installation, providing an advanced solution for long-term use in corrosive factories, areas with heavy acid rain, and roofs.
Product Features
Long-lasting Color
APVC composite corrugated tiles exhibit extraordinary durability in natural environments, maintaining their color stability even when exposed to harsh conditions such as UV radiation, humidity, heat, and cold over long periods, overcoming the fading issues of pure PVC tiles. According to outdoor usage results from areas with strong sunlight, such as Arizona and Florida in the USA, it can ensure a color change of ΔE≤5 over ten years.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
APVC composite corrugated tiles can resist corrosion from various chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts over long periods. Tests show that there is no chemical reaction after soaking in salt, alkali, and various acids below 60% for 24 hours. They are particularly suitable for areas with frequent acid rain, corrosive factories, and coastal regions, making them an ideal replacement for color steel tiles!
The surface material of APVC composite corrugated tiles is co-extruded from ultra-weather-resistant resin, which is currently one of the best engineering plastics in terms of weather resistance worldwide. This ensures that the product does not fade and maintains its physical and mechanical properties even under harsh outdoor conditions.
Fire Resistance
APVC composite corrugated tiles have a fire performance rating of ≥B1, classified as a non-combustible material.
Good Sound Insulation
Tests have shown that when subjected to external noise from heavy rain, strong winds, etc., APVC composite corrugated tiles have excellent noise absorption capabilities, reducing noise by over 30dB compared to color steel plates, especially the foam corrugated tiles which offer even better sound insulation.
Excellent Thermal Insulation
The thermal conductivity of APVC composite corrugated tiles is 0.325w/m.k, approximately 1/310 of clay tiles, 1/5 of cement tiles, and 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. Therefore, even without an added insulation layer, the thermal insulation performance of APVC composite corrugated tiles can still meet expected standards!
Excellent Load-Bearing Capacity
APVC composite corrugated tiles have good load-bearing capacity. In areas with lower temperatures, even with snow accumulation on the roof, the surface will not be damaged or cracked. Tests show that a 2.0mm APVC composite corrugated tile can support a load of 100㎏ with a support spacing of 800mm without cracking or damage.
Excellent Waterproof Performance
The high weather-resistant resin used in APVC composite corrugated tiles is dense and does not absorb water, eliminating the problem of micropore water seepage. Additionally, patented accessories effectively solve the water seepage issue at screw holes.
Impact Resistance and Good Low-Temperature Performance
APVC composite corrugated tiles have a strong ability to withstand external impacts. Tests show that a 1kg steel ball dropped from a height of 3 meters does not produce cracks, and its impact resistance at low temperatures is also significant.
Excellent Insulation Performance
APVC composite corrugated tiles are insulating products that remain intact even in the event of accidental discharge, making them safer than metal tiles, especially in lightning-prone areas. APVC composite corrugated tiles are also antistatic materials, which help reduce dust accumulation on the surface.
Environmentally Friendly
APVC composite corrugated tiles do not contain asbestos or radioactive elements and are recyclable, fully complying with green environmental requirements.
Quick Installation
APVC composite corrugated tiles are lightweight and come with complete installation accessories, making them very easy to assemble and disassemble, with high installation efficiency.
