GP Series Pipe and Profile Recycling Crusher

The GP series crusher is specifically designed for shredding long plastic pipes and profiles. The entire heavy-duty steel welded chamber forms a fixed angle with the horizontal feed hopper, and the feed opening angle is nearly parallel to the ground. This design makes it very convenient to feed long materials such as small-diameter PVC pipes and wide profiles. When there is too much material in the crushing chamber, the crusher will stop feeding until the material inside is crushed. Therefore, there is no need to worry about material blockage.

The GP series crusher is specially designed for small-diameter pipes and profiles. It is suitable for PE, PP, PVC plastic pipes, wide door panels, and boards with diameters ranging from 16-450mm. When the crushing volume is large, it can be equipped with a feeding conveyor, suction fan, storage bin, and dust removal system.
