 Product Overview:

    Shandong Tianhai fiberglass grid is made from reinforced alkali-free fiberglass yarn, woven into a substrate using advanced foreign warp knitting machines. It adopts a warp-knitting directional structure, fully utilizing the tensile strength of the yarn in the fabric, improving its mechanical properties, and providing good tensile strength, tear strength, and creep resistance. It is coated with modified asphalt to form a planar network material. By following the principle of similar compatibility, it emphasizes the composite performance with asphalt mixtures, and fully protects the fiberglass substrate, greatly enhancing the wear resistance and shear strength of the substrate, thereby being used for road reinforcement to resist cracks and rutting, addressing the challenge of enhancing asphalt pavements.

Product Features:

   The fiberglass grid features high strength, low elongation, high temperature resistance, high modulus, lightweight, good toughness, corrosion resistance, and long service life. It can be widely applied in the maintenance of old cement pavements, airport runways, dam and riverbank protection, slope protection, and road and bridge surface reinforcement projects. It enhances and strengthens the pavement, prevents rut fatigue cracks, thermal expansion and contraction cracks, and reflective cracks from underneath, disperses the stress carried by the pavement, extends the service life of the pavement, has high tensile strength and low elongation, no long-term creep, good physicochemical stability, good thermal stability, fatigue cracking resistance, high-temperature rutting resistance, low-temperature shrinkage resistance, and delays the formation of reflective cracks.
