Brief Description: The Fully Automatic Side Feeding Mixing System is designed for adding color masterbatches and other additives. 1. When used for batching and quantitative feeding, to ensure uniform and stable feeding and prevent material free flow, it should be installed horizontally. For general continuous feeding, it can be installed at a downward tilt of 10°. For sticky materials or materials with high moisture content, it can be installed at a downward tilt of 15°.
2. After installation, leave a 20mm clearance gap, ensuring horizontal alignment. Use flexible connections for suspension devices.
3. Before trial operation, all bolts should be tightened once, especially the foot bolts of the vibration electromagnetic device. Continuous operation for 3-5 hours should be followed by re-tightening. During testing, both vibration motors must rotate in opposite directions.
4. During operation, frequently check the amplitude, current, and noise stability. If any abnormalities are detected, stop immediately for troubleshooting.
5. Lubricate the electromagnetic bearings every two months. In high-temperature seasons, lubrication should be done monthly.

1. Check the control panel for any issues, such as incorrect parameters for the feeder's loading time, suction time, and discharge time. If these settings are wrong, it could prevent normal suction. Adjust and resolve any issues promptly.
2. Check the air pressure source for the pneumatic pump to ensure it meets specified requirements. Typically, the air pressure should be between 6-7 MPa. If not, inspect and possibly replace the air supply line.
3. Normal suction may fail due to leaks in the clamps between the lid and the hopper during disassembly and reassembly, preventing proper suction operations.
4. Open the lid and remove the filter plate to check if there is too much dust or clogging on the filter element. These issues can prevent normal suction. Clean the filter with compressed air if necessary.
