Fully automatic mixing and masticating machine operation:
1. Turn on the power sequentially. If heating is required, set the temperature and observe whether the heating is normal. If water cooling is used, open the inlet and outlet valves to ensure normal water flow.
2. Clean the internal mixer, and do not leave hard objects such as wire inside. Check the oil levels and lubrication status of all gears, engine oil, and grease. Pay special attention to the oil level in the triplet oil cup, which should not be less than half full, and regularly observe changes in the oil level of the triplet. No oil consumption or rapid oil consumption are both abnormal (adjust the knob of the triplet). The gear oil for a new machine should be replaced after six months. Moving parts should be lubricated at least once a week, and when adding oil, it should not exceed half the level of the oil sight glass, otherwise, it may cause oil leakage.
3. Prepare the materials and turn on the power and air pressure. Raise the pressurizing cover to its upper limit position, then start the main motor. After the main motor has been running for half a minute, add the prepared materials, then lower the pressurizing cover to begin the mastication of the materials.
4. If a color change is needed, please pour in cleaning material or raw material cleaner, then use a broom or wire to clean the old material from the gaps between the rotor shafts in the mixing chamber.
5. During the mastication process, the operation can be adjusted to automatic or manual mode based on the material properties. Materials that are too hard should not be processed in excessive amounts or sizes, as this may cause the machine to lock up or damage the main motor.
6. After the material is well-mixed, first raise the pneumatic cover, then flip the mixing chamber. Once it is in position, pour out the material, then return the mixing chamber to its original position, and add new material for the next mixing cycle.
7. When stopping production, first turn off the power for each function in sequence, then shut down the main power, and subsequently quickly clean the mixing chamber and thoroughly remove any dust.
