Plastic corrugated pipes (PA, PE, PP) are widely used for wiring connections in machine tool machinery and electrical control cabinets, and are equipped with plastic quick connectors. Product specifications include ad7.0, ad10.0, ad13.0, ad15.8, ad21.2, ad25.0, ad28.5, ad34.5, ad42.5, and ad54.5, with colors such as dark gray and natural color. The product has an attractive appearance, is lightweight, durable, and widely applied in electronic wire harnesses, mechanical and automotive wire harnesses, and other fields, replacing the original PVC and metal sheathed products that are commonly used in the wire harness sheath market.
Plastic corrugated pipes are divided into two types: one is completely watertight and airtight, used for rocket propellant delivery, gas, and water heaters; the other type is made with continuous winding of strip material, and ordinary wound corrugated pipes are used to protect cables, such as in magnetic card telephones and machine tools, while the corrugated pipe clamp for table lamps involves a process of inserting steel wire during production.
PA nylon hoses (PA) are made from imported modified materials and are a high-tech product featuring high toughness corrugated pipes with high impact strength, good bending properties, high temperature resistance, a shiny surface, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and insulation greater than 200 mΩ, using halogen-free flame retardants. They are widely used in automotive wire harnesses, machinery, electronic wire harnesses, and other fields.
Temperature range: -40℃ to 140℃; short-term use at 205℃.
The main applications of plastic corrugated pipes include instrumentation and control cabinets, equipment manufacturing, engineering installation, automotive, trains, subways, machine tools, automation control, and other industries.
