By material, it is divided into steel-wood structure, all-wood structure, and all-steel structure: (1) Steel-wood structure: Composed of a metal frame and wooden cabinet body, it can be equipped with mobile and fixed cabinets, has a good price-performance ratio, but has a single style, suitable for customers pursuing economic benefits. (2) All-wood structure: All cabinet bodies are made of man-made board (medium-density fiberboard), with rich colors, but not moisture-resistant and slightly lower load-bearing capacity, unsuitable for humid environments or laboratories with high load-bearing requirements, not recommended for use. (3) All-steel structure: Made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate through cutting, bending, and welding, all cold-rolled steel plates undergo acid cleaning and phosphating treatment, followed by spraying with epoxy resin and high-temperature baking. It has good load-bearing performance and is sturdy and durable. 3. By structure, it is divided into fixed laboratory benches, suspended laboratory benches, and modular laboratory benches: (1) Fixed laboratory benches: Supported by floor cabinets, cabinet bodies can use all-wood structure and all-steel structure, with insufficient flexibility. (2) Suspended laboratory benches: Cabinet bodies rest on a metal frame, cabinet bodies can use all-wood structure and all-steel structure, with good moisture resistance and slightly stronger flexibility. (3) Modular laboratory benches: Cabinet bodies are equipped with mobile wheels, cabinet bodies can use all-wood structure and all-steel structure, the metal frame and countertop form a unit, with good moisture resistance, convenient movement, and good flexibility. During laboratory operations, a large amount of toxic and harmful gases is generated, which must be expelled outdoors through ventilation and exhaust systems to reduce harm to laboratory personnel and create a comfortable and safe working environment.
