This production line primarily uses LLDPE as the main raw material, mixed with various grades of auxiliary materials after stirring, and is extruded through an extruder to produce a five-layer PE cling film with self-adhesive properties.

2. The winding method adopts an advanced four-shaft winding system with high automation. It features touchscreen operation, PLC control, and an electrostatic film mounting system, eliminating the need for tape and reducing material and labor costs;
3. Equipped with photoelectric safety protection switches and dual mechanical and electrical protection measures for the cutting knife, enhancing personal safety during machine operation;
4. Compared to two-shaft winding, in addition to automatic roll change and automatic cutting, this winding method also features automatic paper core loading, automatic unloading, no tail material, fewer workers, faster speed, higher automation, and higher production efficiency.
