How to Choose Smart Water Meters
1. Whether the product is approved by relevant departments of the Ministry of Construction, and whether it has obtained the market access certificate from the Ministry of Construction, namely the "IC Card Application Market Access Certificate for Construction Projects."
2. Whether the product has a legal business license, whether it has passed the provincial quality technical supervision bureau's certification, and whether it has a legal business license and a provincial quality supervision department's permit should be considered; otherwise, do not choose it.
3. Whether the manufacturer of the product has an internationally certified quality management system certification and whether it places a high priority on comprehensive product quality levels.
4. The manufacturer should have a certain production scale, advanced production equipment, and strict management systems, as well as consideration of the factory's environment and hygiene. This assessment is very important because water meters, once installed, are not something that can be discarded after one or two years of use; therefore, products from larger manufacturers with long-term development potential must be selected. This ensures reliable maintenance and repair of these water meters. If small manufacturers with short-term behavior, no scale, and no momentum are chosen, it is uncertain when they might collapse, and their products cannot guarantee reliable after-sales service. 5. Whether the product is already in use by other water supply companies and what the results are. Products that have been tested and reflected positively by other units should be selected.
6. How is the actual quality of the product? It should be tested over a period of time in advance and checked by local technical supervision departments to see if it meets the standards. 7.
