1. Steam quality hazards

2. The hazards of the gap between the die and the roller
The gap between the die and roller is too large, causing the material layer between them to be excessively thick and unevenly distributed, which can easily lead to roller misalignment. If the extrusion pressure of the die and roller on the raw material is lower than the resistance from the friction inside the die cavity, the raw material cannot be extruded, leading to a machine jam. To reduce the occurrence of jams, it is necessary to adjust the gap between the die and roller during production. The ideal adjustment is when the roller and the die ring are in a state where they seem to touch but do not, and appear to rotate but do not.
