1. Always pay attention to the changes in the body temperature. When the strips do not stick to a clean hand, the temperature should be increased immediately until the strips stick to the hand, which is considered normal.
When the reducer bearing area becomes hot to the touch or is accompanied by noise, it should be inspected and lubricated promptly.
3. If the bearing areas at both ends of the main unit's bearing housing become hot to the touch or produce unusual noises, stop the machine for inspection and lubricate with grease. During normal operation, add grease to the bearing housing every 5-6 days.
4. Pay attention to understanding the operating patterns of the machine; for example: the temperature and rotational speed. Adjustments should be made promptly according to the situation.
5. When the machine body operates unstably, attention should be paid to checking whether the coupling fit clearance is too tight, and it should be adjusted looser in time.
Maintenance:
