Common Issues with the Extruder Side Feeding System:
1. Check the equipment control panel to ensure all parameters, such as feeding, suction, and discharge times, are correct. If there are issues here, it could prevent proper suction, which should be promptly addressed.
2. Inspect the pneumatic pump to ensure the compressed air pressure meets the specified requirements. Typically, the air source pressure for pneumatic pumps should be between 6-7 MPa. If not, check if the air supply line needs replacement.
3. Inability to properly suction material may also be due to leaks in the clamps between the cover and the cylinder body during disassembly or reassembly.
4. Open the cover and remove the filter plate to check if there is too much dust or caking on the filter element. These issues can prevent proper suction. Clean the filter element with compressed air to resolve this problem.
Maintenance Points for the Extruder Side Feeding System:
1. For accurate and stable feeding, install the system horizontally. For general continuous feeding, it can be installed at a 10° downward angle. For sticky or high-moisture materials, a 15° downward angle is recommended.
2. After installation, leave a 20mm clearance gap, ensuring horizontal alignment. Use flexible connections for suspension.
3. Before testing, tighten all bolts once, especially the foot bolts of the vibration electromagnet. Run continuously for 3-5 hours and retighten all bolts. During testing, both vibration motors must rotate in opposite directions.
4. During operation, frequently check the amplitude, current, and noise levels for stability. Address any abnormalities immediately.
5. Lubricate the electromagnetic bearings every two months, or monthly during high-temperature seasons.
