Arrangement principles:
The speed of the screw shafts at the engagement point is opposite, with one screw pulling the material into the engagement gap and the other pushing the material out of the gap, resulting in the material transferring from one screw to the other, advancing in an "∞" shape. Due to the very small gap in the engagement area and the opposite velocity directions of the threads and grooves, a high shear rate is achieved, providing excellent self-cleaning, which can scrape off any accumulated material adhering to the screws, thus keeping the residence time of the material very short. Precautions

1. Always pay attention to the changes in the machine body temperature. When touching the strands with a clean hand and they do not stick, the temperature should be immediately increased until the strands stick to the hand, which is considered normal.
2. If the bearing area of the gearbox feels hot or is accompanied by noise, it should be inspected and lubricated promptly.
3. If the bearing areas at both ends of the main unit's bearing housing become hot to the touch or produce unusual noises, stop the machine for inspection and apply grease. During normal operation, add grease to the bearing housing every 5-6 days.
4. Pay attention to understanding the operating patterns of the machine; for example, the temperature and rotational speed. Adjustments should be made promptly based on the circumstances.
5. When the machine body operates unstably, attention should be paid to checking whether the coupling fit clearance is too tight, and it should be adjusted to be looser in time.
