Features of HQ electric actuator:
1. Shell - made of aluminum alloy, lightweight, with both inner and outer surfaces treated with anodic oxidation, and the outer surface coated with polyester powder for strong corrosion resistance.
2. The motor uses SPG squirrel-cage motor, providing high output torque, and has an internal thermal protection switch for temperature control to prevent motor damage.
3. When not powered, the clutch handle can be manually operated; when powered, the clutch automatically resets.
4. The position indicator is installed on the central shaft, allowing observation of the valve position, with an optional indicator light (SLU).
5. The dryer controls temperature to prevent moisture condensation inside the actuator, keeping internal electrical components dry.
6. Limit switches are controlled by a cam mechanism, with a simple adjustment mechanism for precise and convenient position setting.
7. The torque switch provides overload protection to prevent motor damage (set before leaving the factory, users should not change settings randomly).
8. Self-locking features prevent reverse rotation, ensuring stability and reliability of the rotating parts.
9. The mounting base dimensions conform to ISO5211 international standards, the drive shaft sleeve can be removed for processing as needed, providing strong adaptability and allowing for both vertical and horizontal installation.
10. Wiring terminal - compact and reasonable layout, terminal diameter is 2.5mm, high pressure, secure connection.
