This series of products uses a unique modified formulation to enhance polyethylene (PE) as the raw material, utilizing a special process for overall one-time forming (rotational molding process), thus the storage tank also possesses advantages such as no welded seams, no leakage, non-toxic, lightweight, aging resistant, impact resistant, corrosion resistant, long lifespan, and compliance with hygiene standards. The production process of plastic PE chemical storage tanks is rotational molding, also known as rotational forming or rotational casting. It is a method for hollow forming of thermoplastic plastics. First, powdered or paste-like PE material is injected into the mold, and by heating the mold and rolling it in both horizontal and vertical directions, the materials evenly fill the mold cavity and melt under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force. After cooling, the mold is removed to obtain hollow products. Due to the low rotation speed of rotational molding, the products have almost no internal stress, making them less prone to deformation and dents. The product surface is flat and smooth.
