The DYPS series lightweight crusher features an elegant design and is constructed with high-quality steel through welding. The rotor employs the latest V-shaped cutting technology, which delivers the material to be crushed directly to the center of the rotor. This prevents the material from impacting the side walls, thereby enhancing the wear resistance of the side walls and reducing dust generation during crushing. The main shaft is made from premium materials and has undergone dynamic and static balance calibration, ensuring high toughness, minimal deformation during operation, stable working conditions, and low vibration. It is suitable for crushing small pipes, profiles, sheet materials, injection molding sprue materials, various plastic packaging containers, films, and more. DYUN can also provide matching auxiliary crushing equipment according to customer requirements, such as material collection suction units, feeding conveyor belts, metal separators, etc.
