The DYPS-G series heavy-duty pipe crusher is designed for medium-diameter pipes, eliminating the need for pre-shredding. It can directly crush and recycle in a single step. This series features a specially designed pipe hopper that feeds material into the crusher rotor at a specific angle to achieve optimal crushing performance. Pipes and profiles up to 6 meters in length can be processed. The machine's housing includes a third fixed blade to adjust the first cutting point of the material. For high-strength and large-volume materials, this design reduces impact force and prevents blockages of the main shaft blades. Utilizing special steel and robust welding techniques ensures product quality. The unique design of the blade holder and main shaft allows it to handle various types of pipes, profiles, films, sheets, and large solid objects, providing extensive versatility. The equipment is economical, practical, easy to operate, and durable.
