Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve Processing Technology: Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve Advantages: NSF certified, complies with drinking water standards, Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve requires low switch torque, made from pure raw materials without the addition of CaCO3, with added UV powder for strong UV resistance. The L-shaped three-way ball valve undergoes pressure testing before leaving the factory, can be installed with pneumatic or electric actuators. Material description: PVC, CPVC, Clear PVC, PP, PVDF; Size: 1/2'' - 4''; 20mm - 110mm; DN15 - DN100; Standard: ANSI, DIN, JIS, CNS; L-shaped three-way ball valve connections: Socket, Thread (NPT, PT, BSPF), Fusion, Welding; Double Acting Ball Valve Working Pressure: 150 PSI. (1) Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve is made of high molecular weight UPVC which has good melt strength and can be processed into films, sheets, pipes, rods, and electrical insulation sleeves using extrusion methods. The temperature is controlled between 210~290 degrees Celsius for processing, and the molding temperature is controlled between 180~240 degrees Celsius. It is crucial to strictly monitor the temperature to avoid exceeding the melting temperature for extended periods. General screw extruders can be used for extrusion molding. (2) Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve uses low molecular weight UPVC with high melt flow rate, which can be processed using injection molding methods, typically using general-purpose injection molding machines. However, the barrel plunger, nozzle, etc. must be made from corrosion-resistant Ni-based alloys. (3) Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve employs a casting method using dimethyl as a solvent to configure UPVC into a solution with a solid content of 20%. This solution is cast onto aluminum foil and after thermal melting at 205~315 degrees Celsius, it is rapidly cooled with water to produce a continuous tough film with a thickness of 0.05~0.075mm. (4) Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve typically involves preheating PVDF granules in an oven or preheating furnace at a temperature of 215~235 degrees Celsius, then adding the preheated material into a preheated mold at 180~195 degrees Celsius. Pressure is applied at 14MPa, and the holding time depends on the time required for melting and flow. Thick-walled products must be held under pressure and cooled to below 90 degrees Celsius before demolding to avoid vacuum bubbles or deformation in the final product. (5) Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve adopts transfer molding typically involving the use of an extruder for plasticization, then transporting the material to a storage cylinder, injecting it into the mold using a plunger pump, and holding pressure while cooling. Both molding and transfer molding are mainly used to produce larger volume and thicker-walled products. (5) Q64F-16S Double Acting PVC Plastic Three-Way Ball Valve can also be processed using other methods such as impregnation, co-extrusion, and compatibility processes.
