The plastic PE tank container is manufactured using rotational molding technology for industrial and civilian plastic PE container products. Its advantages and characteristics are as follows: (1) Made from brand new imported polyethylene PE material, non-toxic, odorless, lightweight, tough, and easy to handle. (2) Economical and durable: aging-resistant, corrosion-resistant, UV-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, high-temperature resistant (below 80℃), and freeze-resistant (down to -40℃), with a lifespan of over 15 years. (3) The rotational molding process allows for one-piece formation without seams, resulting in a complete process, smooth interior and exterior surfaces, aesthetically pleasing shapes, sturdy and durable, and widely applicable. It is extensively used in secondary water supply for high-rise buildings, water storage, water treatment, electronics, chemicals, textile printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, acid washing and electroplating, pharmaceuticals and food, brewing and sugar-making, vegetable pickling, aquaculture, freezing and refrigeration, etc. The products are distributed throughout mainland China (all provinces and regions except Tibet), with a lifespan of up to 15 years for tank products, and they are less prone to scale formation, among other advantages. They can replace various products such as steel lining rubber, sheet welding, fiberglass, stainless steel, and clay jars. An essential component of public water supply and water treatment systems, its production process is: rotational molding, also known as rotational casting, is a method for hollow molding of thermoplastic materials. It involves injecting powdered or paste-like PE material into a mold, heating the mold and rotating it in both horizontal and vertical directions, allowing the material to evenly coat the mold cavity and melt due to its own gravity and centrifugal force. After cooling, the hollow product is demolded. Due to the low rotational speed of the molding process, the product has virtually no internal stress, making it less prone to deformation or denting. It features smooth and flat inner and outer surfaces. The plastic water tank, PE water tank, and water tower storage tank must meet the following conditions: sufficient wall thickness, uniform wall thickness, high-quality raw materials, skilled manufacturing techniques, and strict factory requirements. The products strictly adhere to the quality standards of the People's Republic of China GB9687—88 and have passed product quality inspection by the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, with drinking-grade plastic products meeting inspection standards. The various containers produced are of high quality, diverse in variety, complete in type, resistant to acid and alkali, high temperature (80℃), and freeze-resistant (down to --40℃). They are widely used in construction water supply, water treatment, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, chemicals, brewing, sugar-making, vegetable pickling, aquaculture, freezing and refrigeration, textile printing and dyeing, and many other industries.
Characteristic One:
Acid and alkali resistant; please refer to the polyethylene chemical resistance table
Description:
(1) If this container holds liquids with a specific gravity of 1 or lower (weak acids, weak bases, and water), the general service life is between 5 to 20 years, and if placed in a location away from sunlight and rain, the service life can be significantly extended to 25 years.
(2) If it holds acidic or alkaline liquids with a specific gravity between 1-1.2 , the aging period is 4-5 years, with a service life within 18 years.
(3) If it holds acidic or alkaline liquids with a specific gravity between 1.2-1.4, the aging period is 3 years, with a service life within 15 years.
(4) If it holds acidic or alkaline liquids with a specific gravity above 1.4, the aging period is 2 years, with a service life within 10 years.
Characteristic Two:
The maximum operating temperature is not to exceed 70 degrees Celsius, and the minimum freezing temperature must not be lower than -30 degrees Celsius.
Characteristic Three:
This is a normal pressure product and is a general-purpose container. It should not be subjected to positive or negative pressures exceeding normal atmospheric pressure ( 1 atmosphere). If mixing or if the acidity or alkalinity concentration is above 1.2, reinforcement sleeves and thicker barrel wall thickness should be added. This characteristic is particularly important for barrels with a capacity exceeding 10000L. (For nitric acid concentrations exceeding 28%, use premium products and add reinforcement sleeves.)
Characteristic Four:
This container is a one-piece molded product, with no seams, no welding, non-toxic, odorless, easy to clean, and flexible to handle.
Note: Instructions for interfaces, piping, and reinforcement sleeves
(1) The interfaces or flanges installed before the container leaves the factory may loosen or even get damaged during transportation; it is essential to check their integrity before receiving and installing.
(2) Connections between containers or external piping must use flexible or U-shaped connections supported by brackets. The pipes and interfaces should not bear any load to prevent damage to the interfaces and the container body due to pressure from the liquid or the weight of the pipes.
(3) After the interfaces and piping are installed, it is necessary to conduct a water test to check for leaks in the barrel body and the connections with the interfaces and pipes.
(4) The interfaces and piping sections should be checked monthly, and any abnormalities should be repaired promptly.
(5) Our reinforcement sleeves are made of 250mm and 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plates; installation should be done when the container is empty. The tightness should be sufficient to prevent them from falling off the barrel body; during long-distance transportation and handling, the paint surface of the reinforcement sleeves may be damaged, so repainting after installation is necessary to extend the service life, and grease should be applied to the tightened screws and nuts to prevent rust and ensure strength.
