I. Mold Locking Structure:
■ Reinforced center platen to reduce mold locking stress.
■ Semi-center mold locking for more uniform force distribution.
■ Overall template reinforcement. The thickness of the middle platen is increased by 160% compared to conventional injection molding machines. Through stress analysis, a more reasonable reinforcement layout is added, ensuring a more secure mold lock.
■ Hemispherical front platen with a honeycomb structure reduces design deformation of the center hole and can withstand greater mold locking force.
■ Enlarged tie bars with added stress grooves, combining strength and fatigue resistance for a longer lifespan.

II. Injection Unit Structure:
■ Low injection inertia, with injection repeatability controlled within ±2% error, improving product repeatability.
■ Single-cylinder injection for higher concentricity and longer screw component lifespan.
■ Independent hollow piston rod to avoid material storage rotation, extending piston seal life.
■ Application of low-inertia patents. Separation of injection and plasticization ensures faster response speed, higher injection accuracy, and more energy-efficient standard electric pre-plasticization.

■ Dual water row design for more convenient use.
■ Independent rear panel opening and closing for easier maintenance.
■ Reasonable lubrication layout for more convenient operation.
■ Scientific layout based on thermodynamics for electrical box heat dissipation.
■ Independent external power supply for safer switch usage.
■ Infrared heating ring for safety and energy efficiency.

IV. System Upgrades:
■ Standard 12-inch touch control screen for more convenient use.
■ Control system jointly developed by Hongxun and Dekuma for smoother operation.
■ Multi-axis linkage for shorter product production cycles.
