It is suitable for PBT, PET, and other polyester materials (both glass fiber reinforced and non-reinforced), offering excellent thermal stability, non-hydrolyzable, and hydrophobic properties. It has high phosphorus content and high flame retardancy efficiency.
When applied to PBT, PET, and other polyester materials (both glass fiber reinforced and non-reinforced), it exhibits excellent electrical properties and low smoke density. It offers superior thermal stability without affecting the final product's coloration, enabling the production of white, natural, colored, and other high-color-quality parts.
The product has good processability with minimal dust generation, making it environmentally friendly during processing.
It can be used in conjunction with nitrogen-containing flame retardants (such as MCA, MPP) for significant synergistic flame-retardant effects and improved cost-effectiveness.
Products treated with LFR-8004 flame retardant can be recycled.
