Product Applications

    Organic phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardants, meeting ROHS & REACH regulatory requirements.

    Mainly applied to nylon (PA6, PA66, various high-temperature nylons).

    Compared to conventional nitrogen-containing flame retardants, LFR-5009 has higher thermal stability and processing performance.

    The application produces a low amount of smoke during processing, which significantly reduces the release of corrosive gases and thus decreases corrosion on the screw.

    Flame-retardant products exhibit excellent stability under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, with extremely low exudation; during long-term injection molding, they produce minimal mold deposits and do not stick to the mold.

    Products that have been flame-retardant treated with LFR-5009 can be recycled.
