About the Debugging of the Machining Center
The purpose of adjusting the height of the machining center is to verify whether the installation of the machining center is stable and whether the various drive, control, and manipulation systems are normal, responsive, and reliable. The height adjustment and trial operation will be carried out according to the following steps.
Lubrication. Add oil to each lubrication point as required by the manual, fill the hydraulic oil tank with qualified hydraulic oil, and connect the air source.
Power On. First, power on each component separately. After conducting a power-on test for each part, supply power comprehensively and observe whether there are any alarms from the components, whether each component operates normally, and whether all safety devices function correctly, ensuring that every aspect of the machining center can be operated and moved.
Grouting. After the machining center initially runs, roughly adjust the geometric accuracy of the machining center, adjust the relative positions of the main moving parts and the main machine, align the robotic arm, tool magazine, exchange worktable, and position. After the operation is completed, use quick-setting cement to fill the anchor bolts of the main machine and various attachments, leveling the reserved holes for the anchor bolts.
Tool Preparation. Prepare various inspection tools, such as precision leveling instruments, standard squares, and parallel square tubes.
Precision Leveling. Fine-tune the leveling of the machining center to ensure that the geometric accuracy of the machining center is within the allowable error range. Use multiple supports to adjust the bed to a level position under free conditions, ensuring the stability of the bed after adjustment.
Component Installation. Adjust the position of the robotic arm relative to the spindle manually. When installing heavy tool holders, the automatic exchange from the tool magazine to the spindle position must be operated multiple times to ensure accuracy and avoid collisions.
Move the worktable to the exchange position, adjust the relative position between the insertion plate and the exchange worktable to achieve a balanced automatic exchange motion of the worktable, and perform multiple exchanges.
Inspection. Check the set parameters of the CNC system and the programmable logic controller (PLC) to ensure they comply with the specified data in the manual. Then test the execution of various main operational functions, safety measures, and commonly used commands.
