1. PC Board Cutting
Our company has introduced advanced PC board cutting equipment that ensures precise, stable dimensions with minimal error. We can provide various cutting services for PC polycarbonate sheets, frosted sheets, particle boards, and other types according to customer requirements. The standard sizes of PC boards are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to specific dimensions as requested by customers.
2. Bending PC Sheets and Boards
Polycarbonate sheets have a high impact resistance, reaching up to 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC polycarbonate sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breaking. Dropping a 3kg hammer from two meters does not cause any cracks, earning it the titles of "shatterproof glass" and "sound steel." The impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and ovens to perform cold and hot bending processing on PC sheets within 2.5 meters. Polycarbonate sheets can be cold bent on-site according to design drawings to create arched or semicircular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
3. PC Sheet Engraving
Using imported PC sheets as the substrate, we perform engraving based on customer-provided drawings or samples. Our company has introduced large CNC engraving machines with precision controllable to 0.07mm. We can engrave and cut various shapes within the 1300mm*2500mm size, including flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, meeting various processing technical requirements for panels, housings, windows, etc.
4. PC Sheet Bonding
We use special glue designed for PC sheets to bond the materials together, ensuring a strong, aesthetically pleasing result without glue marks. This is suitable for making various boxes, mechanical parts, crafts, and more.
5. PC Sheet Molding
