CPP Transparent Film Production Line

This production line is primarily used for manufacturing three-layer and five-layer co-extruded CPP, CEVA, and high-barrier films containing PA and EVOH.

1. The screw adopts a special compounding function and high plasticizing capability design, combined with a European-style static mixer, ensuring good plasticization and excellent compounding effects, as well as high output;

2. Optional fully automatic adjustable die head and automatic thickness gauge with APC control for online automatic detection of film thickness and automatic adjustment of the die head;

3. Optional imported European cooling forming rollers with a special spiral flow channel design, providing excellent film cooling and stabilization at high speeds;

4. Equipped with positive pressure and negative pressure devices to ensure stable film formation;

5. Direct online recycling of film edge trimmings significantly reduces production costs;

6. Fully automatic central winding with imported tension controllers for automatic roll change and cutting, making operation simple.
