CPET/OPET Plastic Extrusion Cast Film Production Line

This production line uses polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as the raw material and employs a cast film processing technology to produce environmentally friendly polyester films (CPET). The OPET film is manufactured using a cast uniaxial stretching method. In certain applications, it can replace PVC, BOPET, and BOPP films for packaging purposes, significantly reducing both equipment investment costs and film production costs.

 Features of the Production Line
1. It adopts a single-screw or twin-screw extruder structure, capable of producing monolayer, bilayer, or trilayer co-extruded cast films;
2. Specialized extrusion processing technology is designed for PET materials or modified PET materials, including drying--automatic metering feeding--extruder plasticizing--T-die cast die head--forming and setting device--automatic measurement system--preheating stretching setting device--surface treatment device--edge trimming and scrap handling device--fully automatic winding device, to process high-quality films or films with special orientation properties for various applications.
