• Optional fully automatic adjustable die head and automatic thickness gauge with APC control can perform online automatic thickness detection of the film and automatically adjust the die head.
• European-imported cooling forming rollers are available, featuring a special spiral flow channel design that provides good film cooling and shaping at high speeds.
• Equipped with positive pressure and negative pressure devices to ensure stable film formation.
• Edge trim from the film can be directly recycled online, significantly reducing production costs.
• Automatic center wind-up system with imported tension controllers for automatic roll change and cutting, ensuring easy operation.
