1、Non-Stick Material:
The surface has very weak adhesion, and its anti-adhesion ability is second only to PTFE, with a water absorption rate of nearly zero, only 1% of PA6. 4、Corrosion Resistance:
Polyethylene lining is not corroded in alkaline solutions and remains stable in 75% concentrated and 20% nitric acid. It is also stable against seawater and liquid detergents.
5、Impact Resistance:
Polyethylene lining has a high molecular weight and tight chemical bonds. Therefore, it has strong impact resistance and will not break. Its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon 66, 20 times that of polyvinyl chloride, and 8 times that of polytetrafluoroethylene; its impact strength is about 2 times that of impact-resistant PC, 5 times that of ABS, and more than 10 times that of POM and PBTP. Especially in low-temperature environments, its impact strength achieves high values, and its flexibility provides extremely safe and reliable protection for conveyor systems.
6、Low-Temperature Resistance:
Polyethylene board is a material with excellent toughness, and its low-temperature resistance is also outstanding. At -269℃ low temperature, it still has certain ductility without signs of brittleness, making it particularly suitable for Northeast and Inner Mongolia regions.
7、Hygienic and Non-Toxic:
It is odorless, non-toxic, and has no corrosiveness, with physiological inertia and adaptability.
8、Lightweight:
