Shandong Tianhai Composite Geomembrane is a geosynthetic material made by laminating and thermally bonding more than two materials, including geotextiles (non-woven geotextiles, woven geotextiles, plastic woven fabrics, etc.) and polymer materials (HDPE film, LDPE film, EVA film, etc.).

The product width reaches 7 meters, reducing seams compared to narrower similar products, lowering project costs, shortening construction periods, and minimizing risks caused by improper seam treatment.
◎ The composite geomembrane uses geotextiles instead of granular materials as a protective layer for the geomembrane's impermeable layer, protecting it from damage, lowering the requirements for the gradation of the cushion layer, and providing drainage capabilities.
◎ The composite geomembrane has a high friction coefficient, preventing the sliding of the covering layer. Compared to pure HDPE films, the non-woven fabric in the composite geomembrane has a greater friction coefficient, allowing for a steeper slope and reduced land occupation.
◎ The composite geomembrane has high mechanical strengths, including tensile, tear, puncture, and burst resistance.
◎ The composite geomembrane can deform to a certain extent, quickly dissipating stress caused by the unevenness of the cushion layer, and has strong strain capacity.
◎ The pore water pressure and buoyancy force at the contact surface between the composite geomembrane and the soil are easily dissipated.
◎ The composite geomembrane has a certain amount of thermal insulation, reducing damage from soil frost heave to the geomembrane and consequently minimizing soil deformation.
◎ The composite geomembrane is installed in a buried manner, exhibiting excellent anti-aging performance, which reduces maintenance and upkeep of the project.
