1. Appearance: Fully sealed design, ultra-large LCD screen display, clear digits, easy to read data, made of high-strength ABS food-grade plastic material.
2. Uses a dry water meter movement to ensure clear display of the water meter dial, unaffected by water quality.3. Long-life battery: Nationally innovative 18505 battery with actual use of 6-8 years, national standard 14505 battery with theoretical use of 6-8 years, 1.5 times the capacity of the national standard.
4. The dry meter uses food-grade transparent high-strength organic glass, effectively preventing external damage to the meter, good frost resistance, and under the same temperature conditions, even if the water meter freezes, it will not cause water overflow losses for users.
5. High-strength waterproof patented technology: All electrical original components are sealed with food-grade electronic potting glue, providing good waterproof performance, safe and reliable.
6. The internal IC card of the water meter adopts a multi-point star-shaped signal transmission design, making it convenient for users to swipe cards accurately and effectively.
7. Low power consumption, static power current below 5 microamperes, the static power consumption of the IC card water meter is regulated to be below 25 microamperes, which is less than 5 times the national standard, allowing it to be called zero power consumption!
Civil prepaid water meter sensor technology
1. Reed switch sensor: A reed switch and magnet are added to the mechanical water meter, utilizing the cycling action of the reed switch under the magnet's influence to output metering pulse signals.2. Hall sensor: A Hall element and magnet are added to the mechanical water meter, forming a sensor based on magnetic-electric conversion technology. The magnet installed on the counting disc rotates with the counting dial, outputting a counting pulse each time it passes the Hall element.
3. Photoelectric sensor: A photoelectric converter is installed at the position of the mechanical water meter's dial. There is a groove on the dial, and each full rotation of the dial allows the groove to pass by the light converter, completing one photoelectric conversion and outputting a counting pulse.
4. Infrared sensor: An infrared sensing device is installed at each position corresponding to the scale under the mechanical water meter's code disk. The internal cover is equipped with a data processor composed of a CPU and microcontroller. Each infrared sensor on the scale compiles its scale display information to the processor, which then runs a program to display water meter data.
