Scope of use and structural features
Plastic diaphragm valves are suitable for the transport and interception of corrosive media and for flow adjustment, with a working temperature range of -14°C to 140°C depending on the material.
The flow components of plastic diaphragm valves are assembled from RPP or PVDF injection molded parts, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
The sealing diaphragm of plastic diaphragm valves is made from F46 or PFA, with a burst resistance of ≥12000 cycles, offering corrosion resistance comparable to F4.
Plastic diaphragm valves utilize a screw lift structure, allowing for high torque and good stability during operation.
Installation and use
When connecting the flanges at both ends to the pipeline, bolts should be tightened evenly to prevent flange deformation, which could cause leaks.
Rotate the handle clockwise to close and counterclockwise to open.
The degree of opening can be determined by the position of the indicator.
