Characteristics of Aluminum Alloy Plastic-Lined Pipes for Gas Use

 1. Aluminum Alloy Plastic-Lined Composite Pipes for Gas Use and Application Range: The outer pipe is made of aluminum alloy, and the inner pipe is made of polyethylene, forming a two-layer structure pipe for gas use through prestressed composite technology. The working pressure does not exceed 0.4MPa, and the nominal diameter does not exceed DN150 for indoor gas transportation (both indoor and outdoor of buildings).

 2. Outer Pipe Structure: The outer pipe is made of deformed aluminum alloy material (its chemical composition complies with GB/T3190, and physical properties comply with GB/T4437.1), which is formed by hot extrusion into seamless round aluminum pipes.

 3. Inner Pipe Structure: The inner pipe is made of polyethylene material, using PE100 material (material properties comply with CB/T15558.1), extruded into polyethylene pipes.

 4. The caliber of aluminum alloy plastic-lined composite pipes for gas use is marked with “DN,” and the pipe specifications range from DN15 to DN150.

 5. Connection Methods for Aluminum Alloy Plastic-Lined Composite Pipe Fittings:

 There are two connection methods: hot melt socket connections and electric fusion connections (PE socket fittings or electric fusion fittings).


 Functions and Characteristics of Aluminum Alloy Plastic-Lined Composite Pipes:

 1. Environmentally friendly and energy-saving. Aluminum alloy plastic-lined composite pipes are non-toxic and antibacterial, resistant to chemical pollution, and made from food-grade water contact materials; they are UV and oxygen resistant, provide noise reduction and ultra-quiet medium transportation; the flow is smooth, does not scale, and the friction resistance coefficient is low at only 0.007.

 2. Reasonable and safe structural design. Lightweight rigid piping, unique socket fitting connections have national utility model patents, strong corrosion resistance, oxygen blocking and aging resistance, maintenance-free operation guaranteed for 50 years, seismic resistance, and an inner lining of S4 thermoplastic pipe ensures the pipeline system can transport media at a nominal pressure of PN2.5MPa under normal usage.
