CGK-2 Initial Drying Crack Resistance Tester, also known as Initial Drying Crack Resistance Testing Instrument or Initial Drying Crack Resistance Testing Device, is a testing equipment developed based on the technical conditions specified in the national standard GB9779-2005 "Coating for Layered Building Materials."
The CGK-2 Initial Drying Crack Resistance Tester complies with the national standards:
GB 9779-2005 "Coating for Layered Building Materials"
JG/T 24-2000 Synthetic Resin Emulsion Sand Wall Coating
The CGK-2 Initial Drying Crack Resistance Tester is equipped with a test panel that is parallel to the airflow direction in a wind tunnel. After starting the axial flow fan, the airflow control device regulates the wind speed to within 3±0.3 m/s. The prepared test panel is placed on the test panel rack in the wind tunnel. The drying control time is adjusted according to product requirements, and after the time elapses, the machine automatically stops, allowing for testing of whether any cracks appear on the test panel surface.
The CGK-2 Initial Drying Crack Resistance Tester is applicable for:
It is suitable for initial drying crack resistance tests of architectural coatings and interior/exterior building putties under specified wind speed conditions.
Main technical indicators and working conditions of the CGK-2 Initial Drying Crack Resistance Tester:
a. Wind speed control: 3±0.3 m/s
b. Operating voltage: 200–240V 50HZ
c. Laboratory temperature: 23±2℃, relative humidity: 50%±5%
