(1) Light transmittance: The light transmittance of solid sheets can reach 89%, comparable to the beauty of glass. UV-coated sheets will not yellow, fog, or lose light transmittance even when exposed to sunlight, with only a 10% loss of light transmittance after ten years, while PVC's loss rate is as high as 15% - 20%, and fiberglass is 12% - 20%.
(2) Impact resistance: The impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic sheets of the same thickness, and 2-20 times that of tempered glass. It shows no cracks even when dropped from a height of two meters with a hammer weighing less than 3kg, earning it the titles of "shatterproof glass" and "sound steel."
(3) UV protection: One side of the PC sheet is co-extruded with an anti-UV (ultraviolet) coating, and the other side is treated to prevent condensation, combining UV resistance, heat insulation, and anti-fog functions. It can block ultraviolet rays from passing through, making it suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from UV damage.
