Light Transmission: The light transmittance rate is as high as 88%.
Energy Saving: Low thermal conductivity coefficient (K value) and good insulation, energy saved is 1.5 to 1.7 times that of glass of the same thickness.
Lightweight: The weight is 1/2 that of glass of the same thickness.
Cold Bending: Can be cold bent, with a safe bending radius of more than 175 times its thickness (for polycarbonate sheet).
Wide Temperature Range: Physical properties are stable within a range of -40 to 120 degrees Celsius.
Weather Resistance: After 4000 hours of artificial weathering aging tests, the yellowing degree is 2, and the light transmittance reduction is only 0.6%.
Flame Resistance: Tested by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Fireproof Building Materials, the polycarbonate sheets and solid sheets produced by our company achieve the flame retardant B1 grade.
Anti-Condensation: One side can be treated to resist condensation, preventing water droplets from falling.
UV Layer: The surface of the sheet is coated with UV protection to extend the lifespan of the material.
Sound Insulation: Polycarbonate sheets have good sound insulation properties and can effectively reduce noise.
Wind Resistance: The wind resistance can reach the first level of the national standard GB/T7106-86.
Impact Resistance: The impact strength is 300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic sheets, and 2 times that of tempered glass.
