The ACERETECH team integrates washing line technologies from Europe and China, continuously optimizing and developing a series of modular equipment that can adapt to different material characteristics. This includes recycling blow-molded packaging bottles/boxes/cups/buckets and injection-molded waste materials. A single recycling line can handle both rigid and flexible plastics simultaneously.
It includes sorting, shredding, metal removal, cold and hot washing, efficient friction washing, and drying modules. These modules can efficiently remove ferrous and non-ferrous metals, sand, oil, glue, paper, and many other contaminants.
