Operating Procedures for Twin-screw Extrusion Pelletizing Machine:
Extruder
1. Inspected the feeder and hopper to ensure there were no impurities in the hopper;
2. Check that all screws are in good condition;
3. Check if the vacuum equipment of the extruder is unobstructed, ensuring the vacuum level is no less than -0.08MPa. The vacuum bucket should be cleaned thoroughly twice per shift. Do not use metal tools to clean the vent holes; instead, use plastic or wooden sticks to remove impurities from the barrel's vent holes.
Auxiliary Equipment
Check if the cooling water system is unobstructed.
2. Inspect the cutting machine to ensure nothing is obstructing the saw;

III. Mold Installation
1. Ensure the mold is installed horizontally and tighten the bolts;

3. Regularly check the tool screws; after 1 hour of use, tighten the screws of the moving and fixed blades with a tool to enhance the fixation between the blades and the blade holder.
4. To ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge, the tool should be checked regularly to maintain its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other components caused by a dull or chipped blade.
5. When replacing the blades, the gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade: for 20HP and above, the gap can be appropriately increased as the recycled material gets thinner.
