ZJHPF46 series pneumatic fluorine-lined control valve is composed of a pneumatic diaphragm control valve, an actuator, or an electric actuator and a straight-through single-seat fluorine-lined plastic valve. The parts of the valve that come into contact with corrosive media are made of corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant perfluoroalkoxy (PFA), using high-pressure fluorine-lined plastic technology, and also employ polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) corrugated tube sealing. It is capable of regulating the flow of highly corrosive media such as acids, bases, aqua regia, and toxic volatile gases and liquids. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals. Features of the anti-corrosion valve: 1. Good corrosion resistance: The internal cavity, valve core, and valve seat of the valve body are lined with 3mm thick perfluoroalkoxy (PFA), which can withstand highly corrosive fluids. 2. Good sealing performance: It uses dual sealing with a PTFE corrugated tube and packing. 3. Minimal leakage: Due to the soft sealing of the valve core and valve seat, the leakage amount is far below the national level IV standard. 4.
