2. This purification device consists of several internal structures. The main function of the catalytic tower is to treat O2, CO+CO2, and some non-polar molecules in the argon gas. Secondly, the adsorption tower (dual structure) primarily deals with H2O and impurities in the argon gas. Once the adsorbent becomes saturated, it can be regenerated to restore its activity for long-term use, with regeneration accomplished through a self-purge process using its own gas, eliminating the need for vacuum and avoiding flammable and explosive gases, thus ensuring safety. Thirdly, a high-efficiency filtration device filters and purifies the gas in layers, resulting in high-purity gas output.
